    Engagement of ring members, tested as a proof of concept.

    Ring data alone didn't help people understand their health or act on their goals.

    Research across ~1,100 Oura, Whoop, sleep and biohacking posts showed users care about change from their own baseline more than absolute scores.

  5. 05Fix & execution

    Made baseline-relative insight the core principle. Architected and built the first version from scratch, then partnered with engineering to take it to production scale.

  6. 06Result

    Live proof of concept with 120 beta users.
